Rich Beaulaurier is a researcher, author, educator and administrator in the field of social work.

He has expertise in:

• Qualitative data analysis and software.
• Aging and Gerontology, especially issues related to HIV, Domestic Violence and Disability.
• Social Services Management.

Currently Rich is the Associate Dean for Research and Engagement in the College of Public Health and Social Work at Florida International University (FIU). He is also a tenured Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at FIU.

He has has run social service programs, worked as a community organizer and consulted with non-profit organizations on a variety of management related issues.
